Black Sea Trip
July, 2007

After recovering from their Altai Mountain Camp, the six children from our "graduate home" in Novokuznetsk headed off to the Black Sea, -a two week camp, half of which was spent on the long, scenic train-ride to and from.

Our camp was based inland, near Anapa, a short distance from the sea.  Besides spending the hottest days on the beach where they swam and enjoyed motorboat rides, our kids enjoyed numerous excursions to the nearby arboretum, bird zoo, hot springs, grapevine park, and lotus park.  They also enjoyed a TON of fresh seaside fruit! -which they don't normally experience in Siberia; it was their voluntary staple diet, -breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

We are especially grateful to donor Tresa Dunnican, whose generosity provided this wonderful holiday experience for these very deserving kids!
